Zeolite molecular Sieve 3A is a highly effective desiccant and adsorbent belonging to the alkali metal aluminosilicate family. Its potassium form boasts a well-defined type A crystal structure with an effective pore opening of 3 angstroms (0.3 nm), allowing it to selectively adsorb molecules with smaller effective diameters.
