Zeolite Moisture Scavenger
Activated Zeolite Powder is synthetic zeolite powder calcinated in high temperature, that makes it a great moisture scavenger in polyurethane production. It plays a critical role in polyurethane production. Due to zeolites' strong moisture-absorbing properties, they effectively eliminate excess water during the manufacturing process, preventing unwanted reactions between moisture and isocyanates, which could otherwise form carbon dioxide bubbles.
